Quotes
Working with one of our service experts, Metropolitan can process quotation requests in a timely manner. Project specifications are always of paramount priority, and all quotes abide by any and all project requirements.
Municipal requests typically require around one month to process, while commercial plumbing/mechanical projects require around 3-5 business days. All projects are estimated on a case-by-case basis and turnaround times may vary based on project criteria.
Submittals and O&M Manuals
Submittals and O&M manuals are prepared promptly and correspond to all project specifications. Detailed submittals are immediately prepared once signed purchase orders or signed quotations have been received. Submittals can be delivered via hard copy or electronically. IOM manuals are provided to customers with every equipment purchase and detail all specifics of new systems.
Project Management
Our sales support team partners with the various subdivisions of our company to ensure the progression of all projects run smoothly and meet all customer specifications. We believe strong inter-company communication ensures all projects meet desired conditions and are delivered on time. Daily production meetings are held between our sales, service, engineering and fabrication departments to track the advancement of all jobs. We acknowledge the time-sensitive nature of projects and guarantee our customers that systems will be delivered on the times requested.
Startup Checklists
To create an effortless transition to our systems, Metropolitan requires customers to complete a startup checklist prior to field startups. Customers are responsible for completing checklists and returning to Metropolitan following completion. Once finished, project managers will coordinate a comprehensive field startup with customers. A certified Metropolitan field technician will startup new systems onsite and provide water operators with sophisticated system training when requested. Startup checklists must be completed prior to field startups to avoid annulled warranty agreements.
Warranty
Metropolitan systems come standard with one-year warranties. While under warranty, customers may contact our service department to remedy any system issues. Once warranties have expired, customers may contact a Metropolitan field service representative for service. Customizable warranties are available to suit your specific project requirements.
