Service Dept Assistant/Customer Service Rep

Due to continued growth we are seeking a full time service department assistant/customer service representative to help with our day to day operations.

The Service Department assistant will be responsible for duties that include but are not limited to:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers regarding all aspect of service
  • Assist sales staff with service inquiries for ongoing projects
  • Work cooperatively in team environment
  • Enter service calls, quotations, and purchase orders in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a service environment helpful
  • Proficient knowledge/use of PC using various MS products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Accumatica beneficial
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Self motivated
  • High School degree or equivalent
