Due to continued growth we are seeking a full time service department assistant/customer service representative to help with our day to day operations.
Service Dept Assistant/Customer Service Rep
The Service Department assistant will be responsible for duties that include but are not limited to:
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding all aspect of service
- Assist sales staff with service inquiries for ongoing projects
- Work cooperatively in team environment
- Enter service calls, quotations, and purchase orders in a timely manner
- Previous experience in a service environment helpful
- Proficient knowledge/use of PC using various MS products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Accumatica beneficial
- Excellent verbal English communication skills
- Self motivated
- High School degree or equivalent
